Thank you for shopping with Bespokely. Every item we make is custom-crafted to order, so our shipping process works a little differently from standard stores. This page explains production timelines, delivery options, shipping costs, and everything in between — so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order.

How Our Custom Process Works

Because Bespokely creates made-to-order products, your order moves through a short but carefully managed production journey before it ships:

1. Order received — scheduling starts immediately As soon as we receive your order, we immediately schedule it into our production queue. There is no waiting in a general backlog; your order is booked in right away.

2. Production completed within 5 days We craft your product within 5 business days of your order being received.

3. Custom effect tested within 2 business days Within 2 business days of your order being placed, we run a test on your customized effect to confirm the design, colours, and finish meet our standards — and your expectations.

4. Your approval triggers bulk production. Once we receive your approval, we move straight into bulk production so your order can be completed and dispatched without delay.

Important: Bulk production begins only after you approve the custom effect. To avoid delays, please review and confirm your approval promptly. Any delay in your approval will shift your dispatch date accordingly.

Production Times

Our standard production time is 5 business days from the moment your order is received, subject to your timely approval of the custom effect (see Section 1).

Please note that production time is separate from transit time. The delivery clock begins once your order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.

Expedited Shipping

· Transit time: 5–7 days after production

· Cost: Standard rates plus a $20 per-order expedited surcharge

· Best for: Time-sensitive orders, events, and last-minute gifting

Need your order sooner? Contact us before placing your order and we will confirm whether expedited dispatch is available for your item and destination.

All transit times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier capacity, and customs clearance. Delivery estimates exclude weekends, public holidays, and time spent in customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's progress. Tracking is included with all shipments.

If you have not received tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact our support team.

Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We want your order to arrive safely and on time. If something goes wrong:

· Delayed: Please allow a reasonable buffer beyond the estimated delivery window, especially during peak seasons and customs clearance. If your parcel has still not arrived, contact us.

· Lost: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we will open a claim with the carrier and work with you to arrange a replacement or resolution.

· Damaged in transit: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can resolve it quickly.

Orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address are the customer's responsibility. Please double-check your delivery details at checkout.

Returns & Custom Items

Because every Bespokely product is custom-made to your specification and approved by you before bulk production, custom items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or materially different from the approved custom effect.

If you believe your item does not match your approved specification, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
